Tax procedures and litigation
- Responding to requirements, as well as submitting allegations to the tax administration. Preparing and submitting requests for the refund of undue payments, regularisation of situations with tax implications, appeals for reconsideration, filing of tax queries, etc.

Tax compliance
- Managing tax registrations and requests for special regime applications (EDAV, SOCIMI, IIC, neutrality regime, etc.).
- Managing registrations in specialised registers (Register of Intra-Community Operators (ROI), Monthly Refund Register (REDEME), Territorial Registry of the Tax on Plastic Packaging, Territorial Registry of the Tax on Fluorinated Gases, etc.).
- Preparing and submitting various tax or statistical declarations to diverse authorities, tax agencies, customs, the Bank of Spain, etc. (Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Non-resident Income Tax, withholding taxes, census declarations, informative declarations, statistical declarations, local taxes, Intrastat, ETE, D4, etc.).
- Preparing and managing VAT record books (Record of Issued Invoices, Record of Received Invoices, Record of Investments and Record of Certain Intra-Community Transactions).
- Providing VAT record books through the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) on the electronic platform of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
- Managing and submitting the Inventory Record Book for the tax on non-reusable plastic packaging.
- Managing and submitting the Inventory Record Book for the tax on fluorinated greenhouse gases.
- Assisting or representing clients comprehensively in their tax compliance.
Non-established VAT
- Advisory on the procedure to effectively obtain a refund of VAT incurred in Spain.
- Reviewing the client’s operations and flows of goods and services, including relevant invoices for this purpose.
- Implementing and completing the necessary tax compliance for obtaining the refund of VAT incurred in Spain.
- Preparing and submitting VAT refund requests for non-established entities, filing these requests in Spain or Germany, and guiding and representing the client until their resolution.
- Representing clients in procedures arising from these resolutions.
- Tax representation for companies or entities not established in Spain.
Company accounting
- Managing regular company accounting.
- Managing analytical accounting for companies subject to specific regimes (SOCIMI, EDAV, etc.).
- Advisory on the client’s accounting closure, calculating and recording the Corporate Income Tax.
- Preparing or reviewing annual accounts, if necessary, in close collaboration with the client’s auditor.
- Completing and reporting using the company’s internal accounting tools, where applicable.
